The Cleveland State Communications department is charged with supporting the goals and objectives of the college’s strategic plan, and the concept of Community First. Utilizing a wide assortment of communications channels our goal is to maintain a consistent message in both the written word, and the imagery that is chosen to support those words. Our efforts are primarily focused on recruitment, retention and fundraising initiatives.
Within the Communications department resides a talented staff of award winning creative’s that includes two designers, a public relations coordinator, and web developer, all supported by an administrative assistant. The Communications department has been recognized for its excellence by receiving approximately 30 National Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) awards, and 3 Addy’s from the Chattanooga Advertising Federation.
