SUBJECT:   Appointment of Employees to Coordinate Matters Relating to Uniform Procedures

  1. Employee Matters
    The Director of Human Resources is appointed as the employee to be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Uniform Procedures for cases subject to the Tennessee Uniform Administrative Procedures Act involving employees.
  2. Student Matters
    The Vice President for Student Services is hereby appointed as the employee to be responsible for coordination and administration of the Uniform Procedures or cases subject to the Tennessee Uniform Administrative Procedures Act involving students.
  3. Procedures
    These procedures are contained in the Board of Regents, State University and Community College System of Tennessee Policy No. 1:06:00:05, dated December 14, 1984.
  4. Policy Location
    This policy is available for examination by any employee or student in the college Library and in the college Personnel Office.
