SUBJECT:    Appointment of Employees to Coordinate Matters Relating to Non-Discrimination on Basis of Sex 

  1. Employee Matters
    The Director of Human Resources is designated as the employee who will coordinate the efforts at Cleveland State Community College to comply with the Acts and Regulations relating to non-discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities with regard to employees.
  2. Student Matters
    The Vice President for Student Services is designated as the employee who will coordinate the efforts at Cleveland State Community College to comply with the Acts and Regulations relating to non-discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities with regard to students.
