Policy on Access to and Use of Campus Property and Facilities
We are thrilled that you are considering Cleveland State Community College as the place to hold your upcoming event. There are just a few important things to keep in mind as you determine whether or not CSCC is the right venue for your event. First of all, Tennessee Board of Regent policy and our campus Policy on Access to and Use of Campus Property and Facilities requires that your event be sponsored by someone or group who is affiliated with the campus. If you are unsure of who could serve as your sponsor, contact the director of special programs and community relations to discuss some options. Second there are fees associated with the use of facilities and properties on the campus. These fees which can be accessed from this page have been established by reviewing the current market value of similar properties at other facilities located off campus. Additionally you should note that all of the rules established in the Policy on Access to and Use of Campus Property and Facilities must be followed. Please be mindful that the Policy on Access to and Use of Campus Property and Facilities requires that you work with our campus dining manager to arrange any food or beverage items for events that will be held on campus. Finally you must meet by phone or in person with the director of special programs and community relations in order to discuss your program in more detail. You are strongly encouraged to request space at least three to four weeks prior to the event date.
In addition to facilities rental, you may also rental equipment for use at your on campus event as well as other services from the campus. You will find the fee structure for these items on the Fee Rates link. The director for special programs and community relations can assist you in booking these services.
If you have any questions or concerns contact the director. firstname.lastname@example.org or 423-473-2341
