The goal of the Regents-On-Line-Degree-Program (RODP), of which CLSCC is a part, is: “to increase access to higher education for adult Tennesseans….To maximize the effective use of technology for delivery of college-level instruction….To provide student access to web-based courses and degree programs….To encourage and support collaboration among TBR institutions” (RODP website). The mission of the RODP component within the Division of Community Campus is to facilitate access to RODP courses for the learners in our service area who are desirous of receiving an education through online learning opportunities offered to them through Cleveland State Community College.
