Student Success Center

Mission and Purpose

Our mission is to provide individualized experiences for student learners, focusing on the transition into college and staying on track to complete a credential.

All new degree-seeking students are assigned a success coach upon admission depending on the specific program of study and academic career community. Success Coaches are trained in admissions, records, financial aid, and academic advising and will be your go-to person during your first year of college.

Promote student retention and academic completion
Improve the academic performance of all learners
Assist students to become independent and efficient learners
Connect students to campus and community resources
Provide an array of proactive and intrusive services
Provide individualized academic success plans
