J. Adam Lowe has spent his career serving nonprofit organizations from churches to universities. He has assisted agencies across the southeast in the areas of special events, strategic planning, resource development, campaign marketing and planned giving. Adam’s work has led to placement on regional forums, national committees and guest lecture panels. Adam earned a bachelor of arts in psychology and human development from Lee University and a master of public administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. He is presently completing a PhD in Education with an emphasis in Leadership and Policy with the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Michelle Anderson serves as the Grants/Development Specialist and has been with CSCC for over 8 years. She previously worked with North Georgia Regional Development Center in Dalton, GA in planning. She has a Master of Urban Studies from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from East Carolina University. She serves on a number of review panels and boards for grants and commission and is presently the treasurer for the Tennessee Council for Resource Development.
Barbara Eaves serves as the accounts administrator and has been with Cleveland State since 1991. She is a graduate of CSCC, earning her AAs in Office Administration before completing her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
