Josh Sitz was named TJCCAA Pitcher of the Week for his performance on April 14 against Jackson State Community College. Sitz, a sophomore right-handed pitcher from Grundy Co., was outstanding against Jackson going the complete game and gaining the victory. Sitz had 10 strikeouts to only 1 walk, and allowed 2 runs on 5 hits. All three of Sitz's pitches were working and he could throw them anywhere he wanted to. The victory runs Sitz's record to 4-5 and an ERA of 4.62. Sitz leads the Cougar pitching staff in innings pitched (60.1) and strikeouts (51).
