Submit verifying documents as requested by the Financial Aid Office.

Be accepted for admission or currently attending Cleveland State and enrolled in an approved certificate, degree or transfer program.

Mid-year transfer students: You should contact the Financial Aid Office at your current school to inform them of your intentions to transfer to CLSCC. Your financial aid at your current school must be canceled before aid can be disbursed at CLSCC. You should also be accepted for admission to CLSCC and submit required paperwork to the Financial Aid Office.

A student who wishes to apply for a Stafford Loan should complete the Loan Request form and return it to the Financial Aid Office.

A parent who wishes to apply for a PLUS loan for a dependent student should contact the Financial Aid Office.

Consortium students: In addition to the above steps, you should submit a Concurrent Enrollment form and a copy of your grades each semester to the Financial Aid Office
