Programs

The student financial aid programs at Cleveland State Community College are designed to aid students who would find it difficult to attend college without financial assistance. Cleveland State offers the following sources of financial aid:

  • Scholarships
  • Part-time employment
  • Grants
  • Loans

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Complete FAFSA or other application
  • Have financial need or required GPA or test score
  • Have a High School Diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a regular student working toward a degree or certificate in an eligible program
  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Have a valid Social Security Number
  • Make satisfactory academic progress
  • Register with Selective Service, if applicable
  • Sign a Statement of Educational Purpose and a Certification Statement on overpayment and default
