  • Process requests for transcripts, enrollment verifications, letters of good standing, computerized degree audits, and requests of a similar nature.
  • Coordinate activities related to periodic bulk requests for transcripts from various departments across campus.
  • Monitor transcripts and enrollment certifications for accuracy and report noted discrepancies to the director.
  • Submit transcripts to other TBR institutions via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Coordinate filing and maintenance of all registration and student status change forms to ensure accurate and easy retrieval of hardcopy current and archival records.
  • Process and distribute departmental mail daily.
  • Process drops, adds, and withdrawal forms throughout the semester.
  • Assist director/registrar in reporting enrollment status to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse and other agencies.
  • Assist with all activities related to registration throughout the year at both on- and off-campus sites.
  • Assist with the annual disposal of records process.
  • Maintain a general working knowledge of all aspects of the Admissions and Records Office and participate in cross-training efforts to include day-to-day procedures and college computer system applications and updates.
  • Attend training sessions and maintain knowledge of the college computer system and all computer programs applicable to office functions to ensure accurate/efficient implementation and workflow.
  • Update initial statistics for readmitting students who have archival records in hard copy form (attended 1967-1986) each semester, including calculating quarter-to-semester conversions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  High School Diploma or equivalent and keyboarding at 50 wpm are required.

SALARY RANGE:           $19,920 - $24,900
