Sweeps, mops, and buffs stairs, corridors, and floors.
Vacuums carpets.
Run buffer.
Change light bulbs.
Climb six-foot ladder.
Washes windows, polishes furniture, and cleans woodwork.
Picks up paper and debris on grounds.
Empties trash cans and cleans containers.
Makes minor repairs to the building.
Cleans bathroom walls, floors and fixtures and replenishes bathroom supplies.
Performs other duties as directed.
SALARY RANGE: $15,168 - $18,960 (plus benefits)
WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Successful completion of the eighth grade.
