Performs a variety of tasks in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Reads plans and blueprints in performance of work.
Inspects all electrical and mechanical equipment regularly.
Repairs all electrical motors, controllers, and starters.
Replaces blown fuses, burned out coils, switches, circuit breakers, and other replaceable electrical equipment.
Installs electric operated meters for utilities.
Performs related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a standard apprenticeship in the electrical trade are required.
SALARY RANGE: $26,256 - $32,820 + benefits
