Goal Setting
A goal is a statement of purpose with a specific objective that is clear and measurable. Try to set up daily, weekly, monthly and long-term goals.
Start with a realistic plan, example: Today I will study math for 30 minutes. List the clear steps, example: I will spend 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes at lunch time and 10 minutes after supper.
Review your plan and adjust as needed. Don’t forget to reward your self.
