Dual Enrollment Grants/ScholarshipsTennessee Dual Enrollment Lottery GrantTo qualify for this grant a student must be a Tennessee citizen and resident of the state for one year prior to enrollment. Initially students must meet eligibility to be a dual enrollme nt student. For continued participation, a student must maintain a 2.75 cumulative college grade point average that shall be certified by an Enrollment services representative each semester. Students eligible to participate in Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant program may receive up to $1200 per award year ($600 per semester), paid at the rate of $100 per semester credi t hour. If you are eligible and choose to use state lottery money, YOU MUST fill out the online application through the state to qualify for this grant. Please apply online for lottery grant prior to turning in Dual Enrollment registration packet. Public Higher Education Fee Discount for Children Of Licensed Public School Teachers and Children of State EmployeesThe application for discount needs to be completed and turned in with Dual Enrollment registration packet. Download the application - Deadline for Teacher Discount Form is August 19th. Cleveland State Dual Enrollment Scholarships* Every Dual Enrollment Student will receive a $75 Foundation Scholarship from Cleveland State. This will automatically be credited to your account. Need-Based - This scholarship is based on family income. The scholarship pays the balance of 3 hr class (after lottery grant is applied) and required textbook. To qualify a student must meet the following requirements:
