Register for Dual Enrollment

To register for a dual enrollment course students must complete the Cleveland State Dual Enrollment Registration Packet and turn it in to the Student Relations/Dual Enrollment Office. Everything you need to complete is listed on the checklist on the first page of the packet. You can print off a registration packet by downloading the packet found below. If you have any questions please call (423) 614-8734 for assistance. Check with your school's guidance office to see when a Cleveland State representative will be at your school for registration. You can also come by the Student Relations office located in the Student Center Building at Cleveland State for assistance.

Register for Dual Enrollment Courses

A student must register each semester for the course(s) they intend to take by completing the course registration form included in the Dual Enrollment Registration packet. On that form you will list which course(s) you wish to take. Follow the directions on checklist to make sure you complete all necessary information. Registration packet must be completed with all necessary information and copies provided when turned in. The registration packet must be turned in to the Student Relations/Dual Enrollment Office in suite 117 of the Student Center.

Registration Schedule for Spring Semester

October - January 15th:

We will accept dual applications and registration packets

Deadline to pay fees

January 21st - January 27th:

Dual Enrollment applications and registration packets will be accepted through January 15th. Students MUST PAY BALANCE OF FEES at one of our campus sites, on-line or by mail between January 21st - January 27th. If the balance of fees is not paid by January 27th the student will be dropped from all classes in which they were enrolled.

Book for Course(s)

Dual enrollment students are responsible to purchase any books required for their classes. Books can be purchased through the Cleveland State Bookstore.
