Extended Hours for Fall Enrollment

In the spirit of “Community First”, Cleveland State is providing extended hours for student services during the upcoming weeks leading up to the beginning of Fall Semester.

While campus offices are regularly open 8-4:30 Monday through Friday and the Advising Center is open 10-4 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on our main campus in Cleveland, we want to extend our hours in order to serve all of our continuing and incoming students.   Therefore, we will have key services available on the following schedule leading up to the first day of classes:

Thursdays July 19, July 26, August 2, and August 9, Admission, Records, Financial Aid, the Bursar’s Office, the Advising Center, the Testing Center, and the IT Help Desk will be open until 6 pm.

The week of August 13, the Advising Center will be open 10-4 Monday-Friday.  Tuesday will be the only exception, with hours only 1-4 pm.  All other campus offices will maintain regular operating hours that week.  Offices will be closed 8-10:30 on Tuesday, August 14th for college-wide meetings.

August 20-24, Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, the Bursar’s Office, the Advising Center, the Testing Center, and the IT Help Desk will be open 8-6 Monday-Thursday, and until 4:30 on Friday.  The Advising Center will be open 10-4 on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with extended hours 9-6 on Wednesday and Thursday.

New and Returning Students are invited to come during these regular or extended hours over the next few weeks to make sure that they are enrolled and ready for classes to start on August 27th.

August 27-31, the Front Desk in the Administration Building will open at 7:30am for directional assistance, questions, etc.

Bookstore Hours & Info for August 2018

August 1-3: Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 2pm; Friday from 8am to 12pm.

August 6-17: Monday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm; Friday from 8am to 2pm.

August 20-24: Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm; Friday from 8am to 4pm.

August 25: Saturday from 10am to 2pm.

August 27-31: Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6pm; Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Want to save some time and skip the line? Order your books online at www.csccshop.com and select FREE in store pickup. We’ll do the work for you, and you’ll receive an email when you order is ready to pickup. When you arrive at the store, do not get in the line for the register. Find a Bookstore Team Member, and inform them you ordered your books online. That’s it! Just make sure you have a photo ID with you at the time of pickup. You can even use your Financial Aid* to purchase your books and supplies. Financial Aid can be used on the website beginning on August 13th and it ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 28th. Questions?
