1. We have developed an organizational culture that is dedicated to student success
2. Our faculty and staff are focused on improving performance outcomes
3. Improved outcomes have brought additional funding from the State and we are investing in our success
3. We are the first college identified as "College of the Year" by the TN Board of Regents
4. We have effectively taken advantage of Tennessee Promise and Reconnect. Quality education and free tuition is a mighty combination.
5. We have developed class schedules that provide 7 different formats that are convenient to students
6. We have implemented our Success Coach model that provides 1 on 1 student support
7. We have become a regional leader in Workforce & Economic Development
8. The anticipation around two new buildings has created an excitement about CSCC
9. Many key performance indicators are up that are resulting in improved retention
10. Our graduation rates have doubled in the last five years
There is no question that the results we are getting are the product of years of strategic focus. The hard work of our faculty and staff is paying off. Our community is the beneficiary.
