CASA Corridor of East Tennessee

Date Added: 1-2011

Mission

CASA Corridor trains citizen volunteers to speak out for the best interest of abused and/or neglected children in juvenile court. The advocates are appointed by the judge to be the child's voice in court after investigating, interviewing, and monitoring the adults involved in the child's life. These advocates make recommendations to the juvenile judge in order to ensure a safe permanent home for the child.

Services: We provide advocacy for abused/neglected children, services and referrals to families of abused children, as well as serving the courts in various capacities as needed.
