Acknowledging that parents are their child's first and most important teacher, Starfish Project exists to aid them in helping their child maximize their future success and life by providing quality and training tools to families with children from prenatal to age three.
Who Can Enroll?
Any family who lives in the Cleveland/Bradley County area with a child from prenatal until Kindergarten entry. Starfish Project is free, voluntary, and confidential.
What does Starfish Offer?
Parent Educators, certified by Parents as Teachers National Center, provide:

- Parent Networking Opportunity
Screenings Completed Yearly
- Developmental screening
- Hearing and Vision screenings
- Network and medical providers
- Information and referral to local resources
