Cleveland State is excited to offer a scholarship opportunity to students who complete the specified requirements to become a Tennessee Scholar.

SCHOLARSHIPS ARE LIMITED.

Scholarship award will be in the amount of $1500 ($750 per semester)

In order to be eligible to be selected to receive a Cleveland State Foundation Tennessee Scholars Scholarship YOU MUST:

• YOU MUST COMPLETE THE CLEVELAND STATE FOUNDATION TENNESSEE SCHOLAR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION AND PERSONAL BIO INSERT and return it to the Office of Student Life and Leadership at Cleveland State by the March 15th deadline. Applications are available in participating high school guidance offices or the link above
• YOUR NAME MUST APPEAR ON THE OFFICAL CERTIFIED TENNESSEE SCHOLAR LIST sent to Cleveland Sate by the participating chamber/education foundation representative verifying that you have completed ALL REQUIREMENTS to be recognized as a Tennessee Scholar

If you are selected to receive a Cleveland State Foundation Tennessee Scholar Scholarship:

• Notification will come by direct mail from the Cleveland State Foundation Office.

If you wish to accept the scholarship opportunity:

• YOU MUST return the acceptance form and thank you letter to donor of scholarship by the specified deadline to the Cleveland State Foundation Office.
