*Please note that sales tax will be applied to the fees for usage of the facilities and/or equipment.  If the organization has been granted tax exempt status, please submit a copy of the documentation along with the completed Facilities Usage Application.

Footnotes

Standard Rates include for-profit businesses, non-affiliated individuals events (birthday parties, weddings,etc).
Non-Profit Rates shall be true charity organizations with 501C3 status, CSCC employees, and churches.
Deposit will be 50% of total rental and is due at time of Agreement signature.
There will be a 20% surcharge for rental facilities on holidays.

  1. Additional fee for Technical Staff required if requested to be used after business hours.
  2. Includes labor to cover / uncover floor.
  3. Four hour minimum.
  4. After Hours are > 4:30PM M-F and anytime Sat, Sun
  5. Current federal regulations prevent rental of computers to non-affiliates due to internet access.
  6. Audio/Video (A/V) and Lighting equipment costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis due to its complexity.
  7. Custodial Fees (cleaning and setups): Additional Custodial fees apply to this room. Additional Custodial fees may also apply when food is served at an event. Larger events to be determined on a case-by-case basis such as Gym or Grounds.
  8. Event size (area required and attendance) will impact price.
  9. Floor must be covered for events using tables and chairs. The institution reserves the right to require the floor covering.
