This curriculum challenges academically motivated students, fosters interdisciplinary curiosity, and equips students with the skills necessary for success at a 4-year institution. Students engage in a close community of scholars dedicated to earning a rigorous education, and they work closely with faculty to develop an in-depth understanding of the subject matter in various fields. Students have access to high-impact experiences-like conference presentations, study abroad courses, and self-directed research projects – designed to deepen their appreciation for their career field and prepare them for higher-level learning upon graduation.

Honors Requirements
– First Year Seminar (FYS: Honors or traditional)
– Leadership Development Studies (HON/HUM 2902 3-credits)
– Honors General Education (course offerings vary by semester 3-credits)
– Honors Capstone I & II (HON 2998/2999) (1-credit fall, 2-credits spring)
