What is Surveying A.A.S.?

This concentration is designed for those students interested in working in the field of Surveying. This program incorporates the knowledge and skills needed to prepare the student for numerous job and career opportunities in their field.

This is a technical program designed to prepare students for employment. This program is not a transfer program, although many institutions accept all or part of the course work toward a bachelor's degree.

What are my options to pay for this degree?

  • A student is encouraged to apply early for financial aid. He/she must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the FAFSA Renewal Application as soon as possible after October 1 to ensure that the Financial Aid Office receives the Institutional Student Information Record and other documents prior to the priority deadline. July 1st is the priority deadline for applying for the fall semester and December 1st for the spring semester.

The Engineering Systems Technology, AAS: Surveying Concentration is designed to provide students with an
effective blending of diverse surveying and geomatics skillsets through a variety of specializations, preparing
program completers with the skills needed for immediate entrance into the workforce.
