Fall 2023 tuition & fees are due August 29th!

Students, please pay your fees by Tuesday, August 29th, or you could be dropped from your classes.

Tennessee Promise students

Remember, after your Tennessee Promise scholarship has been applied, you may have a small balance.

Those are the few fees Tennessee Promise scholarships do not cover. You need to pay the remaining balance after your Tennessee Promise scholarship has been applied.

Continue to check your account to see when your Tennessee Promise scholarship has been applied and be mindful of the payment deadline.

Tennessee Reconnect students

Dual enrollment students

Please remember that all Dual Enrollment fees will be due by close of business, August 29th. 

How to Pay

• Payment can be made via CougarNet and select the balance link in the “ALERT” box.
• Pay in person: students may pay by personal check, money order, or major credit/debit card at any Cleveland State campus or by mailing payments to the Bursar Office, P.O. 3570, Cleveland, TN 37320-3570. Please be advised to not send cash and to include your student ID with mailed payment.
