September 21, 2018 — When Abhi Mistry first enrolled at Cleveland State, he had only been in the United States for three months and knew very little English at the time. Fast forward two years, and Mistry was the only community college student offered an internship this past summer at the Y-12 plant at Oak Ridge National Laboratories. September 10, 2018 — Cleveland State Community College enrolled 3,246 students for the fall semester with 2,192 full time equivalent (FTE), which is an 8 percent increase in headcount and a 5 percent increase in FTE from last year, according to preliminary numbers. The increase in headcount is the largest increase among Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) community colleges and the increase in FTE is the second largest among TBR community colleges.
