CSCC To Host Fifth Annual Alumni and Friends Event

All alumni, employees—both former and current, and friends of the college are invited to attend CSCC’s Alumni and Friends Celebration presented by The Alumni Community of Cleveland State. The Alumni Community of Cleveland State is the newly formed organization established with a mission to Connect, Engage, and Celebrate our alumni within the wider community of employees and friends of the college.
“We are really excited about our Fifth Annual Alumni and Friends Celebration,” stated Cindy Dawson, Director of Advancement. “What better way to connect, engage and celebrate than to have a party? The theme for the free party is Hard Hats and All That Jazz, in celebration of all the exciting building and renovation projects happening at our community college in the coming months and years. This year, we are especially excited to bring the event to the L. Quentin Lane Gymnasium on CSCC’s main campus. Many alumni have said they have not been back on the campus since they completed their studies. Now is the perfect time to come back and see what’s happening at the college.”
Dawson continued, “Cleveland State greatly appreciates First Tennessee Foundation and Mike Griffin for once again serving as the sponsor for this year's event. Their continued support to the college and community is greatly appreciated.”
Whether you are an alumni of the college, a community or business member who supports the college and believes in its mission or one of the college's past or current employees, you are welcome to attend the Alumni and Friends Celebration. Although there is no cost to attend the event, it is asked that you RSVP by November 1 to aid the college in final preparations.
