November 27, 2023 — A medical office technology major, Larose Elve is already a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and works in home healthcare. She recently started her work-based learning internship at Kaful Family Practice in Cleveland. November 17, 2023 — Cleveland State Foundation will host one of Britain’s most inspiring pianists on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024. Nicholas McCarthy was born without his right hand and rose above many obstacles to study at the Royal College of Music in London. Whirlpool Corporation placed five employees in the Tool and Die Maker program. Mueller Corporation has two maintenance department employees in the Mechatronics Technician program, and Nokian Tyres has four maintenance department employees in the Mechatronics Technician program. October 31, 2023 — Cleveland State Community College recently hosted a graduation celebration for the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) class. October 12, 2023 — Cleveland State Community College recently hosted an On-Site Reaffirmation Committee from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) as part of the college’s bid for reaffirmation. At the exit conference, the committee’s oral report gave no recommendations for improvement; the college is awaiting the committee’s final written report.
