Submit an official high school transcript or HSE, and any previously attended college or university transcript. (Official transcripts are those received from the issuing institution by mail or secure e-mail. If bringing in person, the transcript must be in a sealed envelope.)
Effective October 1, 2012 any applicant to a college or university that receives funding from the State of Tennessee and is classified as "In-State" for tuition purposes will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or proof of Permanent Resident status. This is in accordance with House Bill 1379/Senate Bill 1325.
*Puerto Rican birth certificates issued before July 1, 2010 will not be recognized in accordance with U.S. Department of State policies.
NOTE: Don’t forget to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
