I am excited to hear that you are interested in being a part of the virtual Customer Service Certificate (many through Whirlpool's Best Ticket Program). The fall semester will be here before you know it so it is very important to get both CSCC’s Application and Financial Aid Process as well as if applicable the Whirlpool Process started asap.
NOTE: For Whirlpool Best Ticket Students, you must complete the processes below as well as the Whirlpool Best Ticket Application Process - get with your supervisor for more details. Both must be completed in order to begin in this program in the Fall 2021 semester with Best Ticket..

As you complete these items, please notify me (Candice Patterson, Director of the Advance Business Programs and liaison with Whirlpool). This way, I can follow up with admissions and other areas in Enrollment Services to see what further documentation, testing, etc is needed for enrollment.
